Providing coordination and oversight for the installation of mobile homes on individual sites, including ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, securing permits, and coordinating utility connections.

Conducting regular inspections and quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Facilitating the completion of the construction project, including final inspections, obtaining certificates of occupancy, and handling any outstanding issues or punch list items.
